Plano Centre

Located just minutes north of downtown Dallas, this city of 260,000 is home to 15 Fortune 500 companies, including several high-tech giants. Plano has more than 4,100 hotel and motel rooms and can accommodate a room block of up to 2,000. With more than 700 restaurants, Plano is able to address everyone’s tastes and budgets.

Plano is serviced by Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, home base for American Airlines and a hub of Delta Airlines, and by Love Field, home of Southwest Airlines. Plano is home to the Plano Symphony Orchestra, Plano Civic Chorus and a repertory theater. In addition, it is also home to one of the largest balloon festivals in Texas every September, attracting more than 75,000 visitors. Just a short drive away you can find five professional sports teams that call the Dallas area home: The Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers and Dallas Sidekicks. There are a variety of unique attractions in the area, including The Sixth Floor Museum, historic downtown McKinney, West End Market Place,the Galleria, Dallas Museum of Art, Six Flags amusement park, Lone Star Park and much more.
