Jason Murgia has been appointed general manager of The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls in New York. In his new position, Murgia will be responsible for the management, promotion and operation of the CCNF and Old Falls Street, USA, a three-block entertainment district that connects Niagara Falls State Park with the CCNF and other downtown attractions. Murgia was promoted after serving as the CCNF’s assistant general manager in 2014. Prior to that, he served as director of events for the facility.
A number of new and promoted staff members have also been named at the CCNF and Old Falls Street, USA. Katie Kielaszek has been promoted to director of special events on Old Falls Street, USA, and both Jason Gannon and Ashleigh Freiday will serve as event services manager at the CCNF.
The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls offers 116,000 square feet of versatile indoor meeting and event space, just footsteps from Niagara Falls State Park.
