A Bright Outlook 

Arecent report released by association management firm SmithBucklin reveals several promising trends that should have a positive impact on associations. According to SmithBucklin, a majority of associations reported steady or increasing levels of membership, programs and services in the past year. What’s more, millennials—the largest generation in the U.S. workforce—overwhelmingly indicate a strong belief that membership in professional organizations provides opportunities for them. This is a hopeful sign indeed for associations and association executives.
